Brandon Birchmeier
Brandon is a 20-year, hands-on veteran of the injection molding industry. He is the President of Birchmeier Plastic Solutions, helping his clients to maximize their existing equipment infrastructure and guiding them towards new technological innovations that can impact their specific needs. Birchmeier utilizes statistical tests and methods to help molders understand and manage variables specific to their product and equipment, creating a “language” of data that permeates through the organization. Over the past 10 years, he was the Technical Director at iMFLUX, applying new control and adaptation concepts to the injection molding industry. During his tenure, Brandon was responsible for 23 patents related to this innovative approach. Birchmeier has a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering Technology from Ferris State University. You can also find him on his new YouTube channel, Injection Molding – The Whiteboard Sessions, where he provides insight into topics relevant to the injection molding industry.
